Fourth of July - 2004

This was our first dinner in our new house! We moved in on June 29th and decided to have a 4th of July Party. No pressure there!

Our guests included Erik's parents, our friends Paul, Toni and Joseph, Darren and Darla and even a brief visit from our neighbor, "Ned Flanders".

We had the traditional barbeque:
Chips, dip, salsa
Marinated Tri-tip Steaks
Grilled Corn on the Cob
Baked Potatoes on the Grill
Ice Cold Beer
Our Traditional Flag Cake (okay, it is really The Barefoot Contessa's Flag Cake... but we traditionally make it, so that counts, right?.....)

Lots of fun, and great preparation for fireworks!
