Remembering New Orleans

We spent the day watching the approach of Huricane Katrina to New Orleans. We felt we needed to celebrate the spirit of New Orleans!

We tried to stave off Katrina by starting our dinner and toasting with fruity, rum-filled Hurricanes. Then on to dinner -
  • Pork Cutlets
  • with Couscous Jambalaya
  • and Onion Applesauce
  • French Quarter French Bread
  • Grilled Banana's "Foster" Ice Cream Sundaes

It was like Bourbon Street came to San Diego!
