It's the Oscars
Our first "theme" dinner was for the 2004 Oscars. Erik and I decided to make watching the Oscar's more interesting to the kids (ages 3 and 6).
We laid out our good china, crystal and silver. We then printed these menus for each of our guests (click here to view).

As we were all big fans of the Lord of the Rings trilogy, the awards show was quite a success, and dinner was a hit!
